Competitor Declaration – Polardistans 2024
As a participant in Polardistans, which is organized by the Swedish Polar Dog Club, I hereby declare the following:
- I provide my own personal health insurance during Polardistans.
- I confirm that I have a private liability and accident insurance, which covers this type of sports activity.
- I confirm that I participate at my own risk.
- I will not hold SPHK as the organiser, the local authorities or the organiser’s sponsors responsible for any injury, accident or damage to myself, my handlers, my dogs, my vehicle or my equipment.
- I agree that I am bound by and I must follow the rules announced on Polardistans’ website, including SKK’s doping regulations for dogs.
- I will follow all decisions made at the competition by the officials. If any dispute arises between me and the organiser and/or its sponsors or the local authorities, regarding my participation in Polardistans, I agree to pursue the matter only through legal parts provided by the organiser, its sponsors and the local authorities.
- I have read and understood this declaration.
