Saturday the 26th of February

At 19:00 Volunteers meeting.
Location: Buskowius school, Särna

Sunday the 27th of February

At 10:00-17:00 Secretariat open for registration.
Location: Upper floor of the yellow house at the entrance to Särna camping.

Veterinary pre-check and equipment control is carried through after the registration in the secretariat is completed. Veterinarians and judges are located at Särna camping during the secretariats opening hours.

The teams starting on Monday are prioritized during Sunday.

At 18:30-19:30 Mandatory musher and handlar meeting for Nordic 300 km and Nordic 160 km.
Location: Buskowius school, Särna.

Monday the 28th of February

At 07:00-10:00 Breakfast for participants starting on Monday.
Location: Lena’s bar & kök, Särna camping.

At 10:00 – 17:00 Secretariat open for registration.
Location: Upper floor of the yellow house at the entrance to Särna camping.

At 10:00 Start for Nordic 300 km

At 12:00 Start for Nordic 160 km.

Location: Särna lake.

At 17:00.18:00 official World Championship opening ceremony.

Meeting in front of the secretariat from 16.30 for the distribution of nationality flags and torches.

At 18:30-19:30 Mandatory musher and handler meeting for RNB1 and RNB2 Nome 160 km.
Location: Buskowius school, Särna.

At 19:30-20:30 Mandatory musher and handler meeting for RNB2 Nome 300 km.
Location: Buskowius school, Särna.

Tuesday the 1st of March

At 07:00-10:00 Breakfast for participants RNB1 Nome and RNB2 Nome 160 km.
Location: Lena’s bar & kök, Särna camping.

At 10:00-17:00 Secretariat open for registration.
Location: Upper floor of the yellow house at the entrance to Särna camping.

During the morning the first Nordic 160 team is expected at the finish.

At 11:00-14:00 Lunch for participants RNB2 Nome 300 km.
Location: Lena’s bar & kök, Särna camping.

At 10:00 Start for RNB1Nome 160 km.

At 12:00 Start for RNB2 Nome 160 km.

At 14:00 Start for RNB2 Nome 300 km.

Location: Särna lake.

At 18:00-19:00 Mandatory musher and handler meeting for RNB1 Nome 8- and 12-dog teams 300 km.
Location: Buskowius school, Särna.

At 19:30-20:30 Mandatory musher and handler meeting for Open Nome 8- och 12-dog teams 300 km.
Location: Buskowius school, Särna.

Around midnight the first RNB1 Nome 160 km is expected at the finish.

Wednesday the 2nd of March

Early morning the first RNB2 Nome 160 km is expected at the finish.

At 06:00-10:00 Breakfast for participants RNB1 Nome 300 km.
Locations: Lena’s bar & kök, Särna camping.

At 09:00 Start for RNB1Nome 12-dog teams 300 km

At 11:00 Start for RNB1Nome 8-dog teams 300 km.

Location: Särna lake.

At 11:00-14:00 Lunch for participants Open Nome 300 km.
Locations: Lena’s bar & kök, Särna camping.

At 17:00 Start for Open Nome 12-dog teams 300 km.

At 18:00 Start for Open Nome 8-dog teams 300 km

Location: Särna lake.

In the afternoon the first Nordic 300 km is expected at the finish.

Thursday the 3rd of March

During the morning the first RNB2 Nome 300 km is expected at the finish.

Towards the evening, the first RNB1 Nome 8- and 12-dog teams 300 km as well as the first Open Nome 8- and 12-dog teams 300 km are expected at the finish.

More teams are exspected during the evening and night.

Friday the 4th of March

At 04:00 The checkpoint closes.

At 13:00 Latest official arrival at the finish line.

at 19:00 Banquet and award ceremony.

Saturday the 5th of March

For volunteers the program of the day is ”Closing of this year’s event”.

At 19:00 Volunteers dinner.
